1. Commission
The default commission is R20 for each eligible, successfully verified R49.99 purchase attributed to your affiliate code. Your dashboard displays the commission rate that applies to your account. Commission is not earned on failed, fraudulent, self-referred, refunded or reversed transactions.
2. Attribution
A valid referral is stored for up to 30 days. Where a visitor follows more than one valid affiliate link before checkout, the last valid affiliate referral before checkout receives attribution. Attribution is frozen when the payment transaction is created.
3. Clearing and payouts
Verified commissions enter a 7-day pending period before becoming available. The standard minimum payout is R200. During launch, payouts are processed manually by EFT and recorded in the dashboard. Refunds, disputes, reversals or suspected abuse may delay or reverse commission.
4. No self-referrals or manipulation
You may not earn commission on your own purchase, create fake transactions, cookie-stuff, automate fake clicks, mislead users about what Unpack My Chat does, impersonate the brand, or use deceptive redirects. Duplicate or manipulated activity may be removed.
5. Promotion rules
You may promote your affiliate link through your own content, social posts, messages, communities and advertising where lawful and permitted by the relevant platform. Do not spam, harass people, expose private chat content without permission, or make false claims such as guaranteed relationship conclusions, cheating detection or psychological diagnoses.
6. Disclosure
Where applicable, clearly disclose that you may earn from purchases made through your link. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and platform rules.
7. Account review
Unpack My Chat may suspend an affiliate account, hold commissions for review or reverse invalid commissions where fraud, refunds, disputes or prohibited promotion are detected. Legitimate earned balances remain recorded in the ledger.
8. Changes
Commission rates and program rules may change prospectively. A change to the default rate does not retroactively rewrite a commission already frozen against an existing checkout transaction.
9. Privacy
Affiliate accounts store the information needed to operate the program. Payout account numbers are encrypted server-side. Affiliates do not receive buyers' email addresses, chat files, chat content, report data or participant names.
